We have a three-phase process for our post-construction cleaning. Our experienced crew provides a thorough cleaning process to ensure your project is move-in-ready. The first phase, a comprehensive initial clean, occurs when construction is complete – or just awaiting the final touches. During this clean we tackle the heavy dust and debris left from construction. The second phase, our primary touch up, takes place as subcontractors are wrapping up smaller projects, clearing away any residual mess. Third, we perform a detailed final clean just before closing, ensuring the property is pristine and ready for occupancy.

Our multi-phase approach allows KCS to work with project managers to ensure a smooth process throughout the later stages of your construction project. We begin with a comprehensive clean as the project is nearing the end. Following our first clean, project managers will better be able to spot elements needing to be fixed before the final walk through. The second phase clean, our primary touch up, will occur after last minute projects and punch-list items are completed and your project is ready for the final walk through. Third, the final clean ensures that the customer has a great first impression of their new space and is happy after closing. This final clean is typically the day before closing.
