We complete three cleans on each post-construction site. The first phase occurs when the home/building is nearing completion, tackling the heavy dust and debris left from construction. The second phase takes place as subcontractors are wrapping up smaller projects, clearing away any residual mess. Finally, we perform a detailed final clean just before closing, ensuring the property is pristine and ready for occupancy.

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for post-construction cleans tied to closing dates, but we’ll do our best to accommodate short notice when we can.
