  • Since 2019 Chris has been the Owner of KCS. Chris started working for KCS at 16 years old and worked throughout his high school and college years. After college he moved south, eventually settling in Fuquay Varina, NC while attending graduate school at NC State. In 2016 Chris moved back to Watertown as the Operations Manager until Rick Kuhlman’s retirement in 2019.

  • Adam is our Vice President and Director of Operations. He joined KCS in July of 2019 after working in contracting for the previous 10 years. His experience with facilities and post-construction cleaning made him a great addition to the KCS team. In 2021 he transitioned into the role of VP. Adam oversees the day-to-day operations of the business and focuses primarily on staffing and account interactions.

  • Matt joined KCS in 2021 managing special projects. His varied work experience has allowed him to expand his role continually over the years. He is now our director of operations and handles a majority of our personnel training, account inspections, and project oversight.

  • Jordan joined the team as the Post Construction Manager in 2024. His experience includes post construction cleaning in his younger college years and over 12 years in janitorial cleaning. In 2022 he won Custodian of the Year due to his value in the work he does and his authentic connection with those who nominated him.

  • Earl worked for over 30 years in Christian education before going into the construction contracting field for 15 years. In 2021 Earl became the Post-Construction Cleaning Manager for KCS. Last year he partially retired and now helps as an Assistant Manager in Post Construction and Special Projects.
